If you lose your card and it is handed in, Student Centre will send you a text message to let you know so you can collect it from them as soon as possible.
If you lose your ID card and it is not found or returned contact Student Centre as soon as possible in order to obtain a replacement. Alternatively, when the Student Centre is closed, you can come to the Library to purchase a replacement card. Replacement cards cost £12. The Library only accepts cashless payments.
If your card is stolen and you have reported it to the police, please get a crime reference number and bring this with you when you visit the Student Centre or Library for your replacement card. If you have a crime reference number you will not be charged for the replacement card.
