Working out how to add more printing credits was confusing, and when the online service wasn’t working the machines only took cash which made the process quite long winded




We have moved to a new print management system as part of the University's drive to go cashless. We have also passed your feedback onto the ICT department and created our own video and printed guide for topping up credit.
